Ashley Worthington

Hi, I’m Ashley. I became part of the Foot Mechanics team in 2024, bringing experience from my work in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty. I am a 2016 graduate of AUT University with a passion for podiatry began when I recognized the vital role the foot and lower limb biomechanics play in preventing secondary issues throughout the body. My enthusiasm for sports further inspired me to specialize in Sports Podiatry as well as Pediatrics. I also have an extensive expertise in managing Diabetic Foot conditions. An avid sports enthusiast, I enjoy playing AFL, league, and touch. My active involvement in sports has significantly contributed to my in-depth understanding of Sports Podiatry.
